What kind of clothes and shoes should I take?

Comfortable clothing and sports shoes. In our sailboats, due to security issues, soled shoes or high heels are not welcome.

The tours may be canceled?

A.

Yes they can.

From Tejo Dreams side: when security conditions are not met, due to poor weather conditions such as heavy rain or intense fog. 100% return of payment.

From customer side: with penalties depending on whether or not is close to the departure day - More than 30 days means 80% refund. Till 15 days means 50% refund and less than 7 days, no refund.

Tejo Dreams reserves the right to cancel the service if any passenger refuses to follow the skippers instructions or in case of inappropriate behavior that might put himself or other passengers at risk.

Food and drinks aboard?

A.

You can bring your own food or drinks for any trip. We have external catering services if desired. just let us know at time of booking.

Alchool is alowed on board in a moderate quantity for safety reasons.

Children are allowed?

A.

Children of all ages are welcome. They are requested to use a life jacket at all times if they are under five years old. Children can not be alone on the tour, if not present the person responsible for the minor. In this case, the Tejo Dreams has to receive a statement from the parent or guardian to authorize its presence alone on board.

We give the opportunity to everyone understand our message and our services through automatic Google translation tool

What to do In case of consumer dispute?
